21) Option

This is a watercolor on paper work measuring 70 cm wide by 200 cm high.

The word FREEDOM covers many areas of human life. Freedom is the ability to choose.

So we have freedom of worship, freedom of opinion, freedom of assembly, etc.

I gave my play the title OPTION because OPTING is having the DUTY to choose. Here, it's being able to choose where to live, where we identify ourselves, or DARE to travel and travel the planet Earth without any knots or obstacles.

I chose to exhibit my work on a fabric I brought back from Pakistan 49 years ago, when I was traveling with my “backpack on my back”.

The Spiral signifies the path we can take throughout our lives, the various turns we can take around a center that is FREEDOM, without this restricting Freedom and respect for others.
